Coaching can help you change how you think, feel and react, which in turn changes your behaviour and your actions. It's about meaningful conversations that facilitate lasting change (and yes, there's solid neuroscience behind that we can geek out on if you like).

As a coach who is also a clinical hypnotherapist, my approach is based on how our brains work.
My clients tell me it's a winning combination of conscious and subconscious work in a safe space that facilitates deep insights, where you become more self aware and so are able to move forward on your goals.
You can expect our time together to include great conversations, challenging and thought provoking questions that get you to think expansively, deep listening (and deep laughing at times because coaching imho should be FUN as well as challenging) and some tools, techniques and models if that's your thing.
